Terms of Use
Agreeing
These Terms are a deal between you and RH Ventures LLC. You agree to them by tapping “I agree” in the app or by creating an account. If you don’t agree, don’t use SSR Calc.
Your license
We let you and your crew use SSR Calc for your own work. That permission is personal, can’t be sold or passed on, and ends if you break these Terms. SSR Calc, its code, its look and its words belong to RH Ventures LLC. All rights reserved.
What you can’t do
- Copy, resell, rent or give away the app or its code.
- Take the app apart to see how it works (reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it), or copy its math into another product.
- Remove the copyright notices.
- Get into another crew’s data, overload the servers, or use Quill to make things that break the law.
Check before you cut
Cut lists, drawings, machine numbers and layouts, and Quill’s answers, are a tool, not a promise. They are only as good as the numbers typed in, and a roof is never perfectly square. Check every length with a tape before you cut metal, and check the machine’s first piece before you run the rest. You are responsible for what you cut and install.
No warranty
SSR Calc is provided “as is” and “as available.” As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it is accurate, error-free, always running, or fit for any particular job, and we disclaim all warranties, spoken or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limit on what we owe
As far as the law allows, RH Ventures LLC is not responsible for wasted metal or trim, labor, extra trips, delays, lost jobs or profit, or any other indirect or follow-on loss, even if we were told it could happen. Our total responsibility for any claim is no more than what you paid us for SSR Calc in the 12 months before the claim.
Your work
Your measurements, lists and photos are yours. You let us store and pass them along only as needed to run the features you use, as the Privacy Policy says.
AI
Quill, the mics and read-aloud use AI. AI can be wrong. See the AI notice.
Payments
SSR Calc doesn’t charge for anything today. If paid plans start, the price, how billing works and how to cancel will be shown before you pay, and these Terms will be updated.
Other companies’ names
UNIQ is a registered mark of New Tech Machinery (NTM). Construction Master is a trademark of Calculated Industries. Other names belong to their owners. SSR Calc is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by any of them; a name is used only to say what the app works with or how it compares.
Ending
You can stop using SSR Calc at any time and delete your data (how). We may change, pause or end the service, or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, apart from its rules on which law applies.
Changes
If these Terms change in a way that matters, the version number goes up and the app asks you to agree again.
